BaptismStyles Personalized GIfts: Return, Refund, and Shipping Policy

 

BaptismStyles Policies

BaptismStyles  has a high standard for overseeing the highest quality of personalized products. We strive to ship on time time and accurately. We understand that issues related to damaged products can and do happen.  

If any of the following occur, we will either refund, or replace the product:

  • The product itself is damaged; (For example baptism towel material has damage we missed during design phasej)
    The personalization different than the design presented in the custom order: (For example, a name is misspelled on our side)
    If your purchase meets any of the criteria above, please contact BaptismStyles at info@baptismstyles.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We must receive the request for return within 10 days of purchase and we must receive the product within two weeks of the notification to be eligible for a full refund.   It must also be in the original packaging. If the issue was our responsibility, we will send you return shipping label electronically.


Several products are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require an invoice number from BaptismStyles.

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@baptismstyles.com  and send your item to BaptismStyles 4552 Ambrose Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90027


If you purchased a non-personalized item and would like to exchange or return the product for a different size or style, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for the return.   Shipping costs are non-refundable. When shipping back an item, use a trackable shipping service and make sure to either purchase shipping insurance or, for orders under $50, use USPS who does not charge for insurance under $50.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Priority Mail
  • Express Mail


We do not markup Shipping Costs.  If we ship and the cost is less than what you were charged, we will refund you 

the difference.


If you would like us to use a different shipping company, contact us directly before placing your order.

Please allow sufficient time for delivery.  We cannot guarantee quoted delivery dates.
